I am adding it to memories and will print it out as well. I've never really cared about going to the gym but would actually like to get some muscle definition and since I no longer dance as much, this is perfect.

When I go to the gym I don't have a specific routine I follow either, I just know which muscle group I want to target and make up something as I go along. The list above is everything I know how to do safely. There are still several machines I don't know how to use yet, and I'm always learning new things from my trainer.
I'm glad you're happy with your progress; I hope to be there someday but it's hard right now since I had to take time off for my surgery and I can't eat normally. I hope I didn't lose too much muscle.
