The Ballerina Workout

As requested by mademoisellenon, here is a breakdown of my workout routine. I'll be using This Site as my reference for exercise/machine names. Unfortunately I can't link to individual exercises, but I'll use the same labels as the site for each exercise. Thank you so much!!

I am adding it to memories and will print it out as well. I've never really cared about going to the gym but would actually like to get some muscle definition and since I no longer dance as much, this is perfect.

xx, hope you're feeling better.

You're welcome! I'm feeling better each day, and can now safely go to the gym and dance 100% again :)

A Graviton is a weight-assisted chin/dip machine. (example) The one at my gym doesn't look like this one, but the concept is the same. I'm not strong enough to do a "real pullup" yet - in fact, I've only known one woman who can do multiple pullups, and she was really petite. I don't even know if my trainer can do a real pullup.

When I go to the gym I don't have a specific routine I follow either, I just know which muscle group I want to target and make up something as I go along. The list above is everything I know how to do safely. There are still several machines I don't know how to use yet, and I'm always learning new things from my trainer.

I'm glad you're happy with your progress; I hope to be there someday but it's hard right now since I had to take time off for my surgery and I can't eat normally. I hope I didn't lose too much muscle.
