Fitness: On Thurs I was working with my trainer and had him spot me while I did the bench press. I mentioned that the most I had ever benched was 100 lbs and that it was a goal of mine to bench that weight (or higher) again, and he said I could probably do it already. The date is a bit screwy - since LJ doesn't have a "draft" option, I created the entry as "private" until I was finished, and then just changed the permissions. I don't know how to "republish" the entry, though, in order to give it a current date to show on my Friends Feed.
I'm not lifting the 100 cold - I always warm up at lower weights and work up to the max weight. My trainer looks out for me - it wouldn't be any good for either of us if I got injured!
