"I love you. What's so complicated about that?"

I'm working on this fic called Astronomy and Astrology and it's taking forever. It started off as a one-scene drabble and it's turned into a 2500 word monster which won't stop growing. I'm enjoying the flow-- how the scenes just seem to come so naturally--but it's also making me rather impatient. It's more contemplative than anything else I've ( Read more... )

I DL'd the film and use a program to make my own. That's how much I heart Zachary Quinto Spock. <3

If you like, you can tell me which scenes you're after. I'd be happy to make some for you.

Ahaha scenes don't rly matter although non-beaten-up and onbridge are preferable. I need lots of Kirk wheedling and/or smirking and Spock's eyebrows or :| face, and some Bones examining things, and one each of the crew going O.o except for Chekov who's going :D ...you see how finding all these in one scene is unlikely :P okay I'll have a look around for sites cos I'm sure there are plenty.

Also also re this weekend!! Are we doing epic supanova sleepover both nights or just sat night or what?? (also do you have any fishnet I can borrow :P)

That is SUPER detailed. Dude, that's terrifying. I'll take a look but no promises! Huzzah lol @ Chekov being the only :D

And Re: Stalking McCoy Weekend Supanova, STAY FOR AS LONG AS YOU NEED. <3 Lyk srsly. I lack a tramapoline now but it'd be too cold for outdoor shennanigans anywho. Indoor vodka is just as fun methinks?

And sorry no fishnets. :( You could probably pick up a pair from a thrift shop for super cheap though!

Commenting to say I love this poetry post. I'm a K/S shipper since '05 but I haven't seen XI yet because of my ridiculous life, so I'll probably be back after I see it and I'm not all "wait, what?" about everything. :)

Oooh long term K/S-er. I bow down to you. I really loved these poems too. They work so well with the pairing. I think you'll enjoy the Reboot. Perhaps not so overtly slashy as TOS but it's still quite wonderful.

I've never read XVII in English, but it still works! Just, this...

"...so close that your hand on my chest is my hand,
so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep."

Walking in time together on the bridge, reading each other's minds on the Narada...this is really perfect.

And damn, I need to start reading Frank O'Hara.
