Holy fuck the asphyxiation scene gets me every time, ngl.

And I'm pretty sure they cut the locket scene not because Shat wasn't interested but because he's a drama queen and when they wouldn't make him the most important part of the movie, they cut his parts entirely (since it would have been weird to have a not-Shat older Kirk).
