ok, so my aunt might be going to buenos aires in march. what do I ask her to bring me back? ;) and what do I tell her to do that her all-inclusive won't make mention of while she's there?

if you like candy type stuff have her bring you a box of alfajores from Havana - my favorites are the chocolate ones... hard to describe but sort of like two chocolate cookies with dulce de leche (carmel like stuff) in the center.

as for stuff to do... what's she into? i can give you lots of suggestions... it should be nice in march. not so beastly hot.

Good luck for the plane and the re-entry and the weather shock and whatever may come your way! I would have given myself the advice "don't eat your normal American holiday diet right away", but Japanese to American may be more of a nutritional shock than Buenos Aires to American...I have no clue.

i cannot believe buenos aires is over. i miss it already and i am still here. it is going to be an intense semester.
