IDK why but I prefer Sweedish version of Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, maybe it's just it's awkward when you know everything is in Sweden, they should be talking in Sweedish but the do it in English o.O Also I have read and seen whole Millenium Saga and I still prefer Sweedish movie :)

And your icons are incredible, HP ones, True Blood and Askars are just perfect :):) (You could do some more GwtDT icons :D)

It does happen time and time again with war movies etc with the whole issue of the native language versus geographical context and when I first found out they were remaking the film for the American market, I was rather perplexed but I genuinely think they are two very different products and it just goes to show how one book can spawn so many different takes on the material, landscape, storyline etc (sorry but I did my dissertation on adaptations lol so I can't keep quiet on the matter) but I know people personally who prefer the Swedish version over the American version and vice versa and while I loved the Swedish version, I just prefer the Fincher version but this is just personal taste and everyone has their own taste and preferences when it comes to cinema and adaptations.

But thanks for the comment, I'm sorry if this sounds a bit ranty but I'm glad you like the icons. I have a post of the Fincher gwtdt icons but I'm working on more from the Millenium trilogy :)
