The thought of an HP/SH crossover makes me positively gleeful >3< HP is basically my first and favorite fandom and I would LOVE to see some mature characters in it. That's why I love Snape so much, haha.
Although the thought of a Hogwarts-era alliance between Sherlock and John would be SO cute I definitely think that John would be far more interesting to write as a character with a history - part of why I love adult characters in general and why I'm not a big fan of YA works is that adults have pasts with secrets and sensitive subjects and all kinds of juicy things. I feel like Sherlock underestimates him quite often and I love it when John can be like 'hey, I'm a pretty awesome person too'.
SAME HERE. check and CHECK on mature characters and SNAPE. <3 <3 I think I fell in love with his character around book 2 (good thinking, younger self), and it still persists. ohmygod snape fanart. why have I never even tried it...?!?!
Yeah, I really enjoy personal history in fiction, too. Yay for hidden depths...!!
Well, you're the writer not me...Ok, first of all, that's totally not fair. You're a bloody amazing artist AND a writer. Gotta give some of that back to the talent redistribution pool, bro. Or write some HP/SH...? *puppy eyes*
Anyway. It frustrates me to no end that I'm not a writer. It's the one thing that'll drive me insane with envy, actually. :/
D: I will maybe write some HP/SH once my brain starts functioning again, THANKS MATH *shakes fist* for taking up all my time. But I really want to nowww~
Also you should try writing! Haha like everything else it gets good with ridiculous amounts of practice but you are so well spoken (at least here!), I bet it would go well. Idk I think mostly reading a lot is what develops voice & ability to write characters in a non-awkward/OOC way, although when I watch something I get that character 'voice' inside my head reading out the dialogue. But I've yet to decide whether that's helpful or not.
PS I love your style & am super envious of your colouring skills & you should draw Snape PPS I secretly never fell in love with Snape until I discovered Snarry *is shot* but then I was like wow, he's pretty much the most intense character in HP .____.
I wonder if there's a service somewhere (maybe in Inception!verse) where I can hire a team to inconspicuously suction off someone's writing talent. :/ Maybe if I post a giant sign and promise to be their personal fanart-making slave, a bnf will come along and make all of my dreams come true.
ha.
(But seriously, I'm glad you like the concept... <3 )
AND YEAH (though I doubt it because I don't think the world is ready for it. Maybe by the 15th or 16th doctor. If we're lucky and he doesn't die before then...@___@)
Thanks~<3 I didn't get crap for my sorting choices (from the look of the offerings on deviantart, I'm in the minority...well, for John, at least. I call Gryffindor/protagonist bias), which made me happy.
hahaha, i will try not to disappoint next time (or not give people false hopes). XD Thanks for commenting, despite me letting you down. lolol
RIIIGHT?!?! And, yeah, I laughed so hard when she did that. Oh, but he's so sad too...if I think of him waiting for 2000 years...T_________T. I'm thinking of doing a fanart based on the last scene when the doctor is under the console on a swing and saying "what do you think, dear? where should we take the kids this time?"

And I was equally delighted that female Doctor is now canonically a possibility >w

Yeah it seems like people always just want to put characters in Gryff. and never explore the possibilities offered by other houses.

ADORED Dr Who this time. I agree with the TARDIS - Rory is the pretty one. :-)
