PLAYGROUP!

So Ella and i went to a playgroup today, it was her first time.  I think she liked it, she made two new friends, their names are Hannah and Ben.  We played with some blocks,  read some books and sang some songs but I think she just enjoyed watching the other kids play.  Ben is 2 and 1/2 and he was having a conversation with Ella and he didn't even

Babies love playgroup.

I took Zara from the age of 6 months and whilst she couldn't do much except lay there [and roll over]& there were a few other babies laying on a rug next to her, she loved the noise of the other kids and I loved being around other mums. Both bub and mum ned this outting!

Pity it doesn't continue when hols are on - I missed it too during those times. Zara's now at 3yr old kinder and luckily for her that the kids she was at playgroup with, are the ones she goes to kinder with too. We still occassionally go to playgroup but not every week like we used to. I have only been once so far this year as I wasn't sure who was still going - found out was same group which is good so will go more often if hub doesn't go on about me being out and aboput all the time in the car! He should know when you have kids, that's the norm!

yeah i loved it too, I can't wait 4 Ella to be able to enjoy it more though, that is when she is crawling and stuff.

Was good to see my baby getting some social skills, who knows we might have to invite her new mates to her birthday. :-)
