Now I wait and see what grade I got. I couldn’t turn in my Costing menu it look a bit like nonsense toward the end while rounding it out. Hopefully I’m safe.

It came out very good, although I didn't like the store bought crust I used but it was good none the less.

Our last menu before our three week run through of the finals and our essay on the movie, “Kings of Pastry”.

The menu for day 16:

1. Sachre Torte
2. Cheesecake
3. Panna Cotta
4. Tropical Savarin Madagascar
5. Vanilla ice cream from group 3

I made doughnuts today! I just did a plain old glaze instead of that and the cinnamon/sugar mix due to the time. Our critique was the flavor was really good and the glaze was alright but the oil that our class used was a bit off.

I started at 4:30 and started plating at 8:30; everything came out really good. It left me feeling satisfied and not too full, I even have plenty of mousse and marinated salmon left over for extras.

I scored 36% more than the national average, around the level of an average adult. I can do better though, at least I got all three questions right when I barely thought

I always have had acne as well. There are a couple things that have helped but it depends on where your acne is coming from. First of all I’d recommend a dermatologist or a professional facialist because sometimes acne is bacteria related or hormonal related or you’re using products are are too drying. 1. Charlotte Russe, Amy made the cake and I decorated the top along with making the whip cream.
2. Plain and chocolate croissants, V made these
3. Baklava, I made the Baklava
4. Flan, we tried again today but we weren’t the only group to mess up on these.
5. Chocolate Mousse, D did really good on these.
