I am pissed right now. So I heard word from the Golf Course and they deny any responsibility. They are claiming that I need to take it up with "Caltans". This the organization here in California that is in charge of freeway safety. The Course claims they were supposed to build a fence to protect the motorist from errant balls that might hit

ARG!!! Wow, I would be so incredibly angry you wouldn't believe it. At their response, I mean.

I'm not sure how Caltrans could be responsible. Caltrans didn't hit the ball.
