Ok, thanksgiving, another vegan & I will be going to Thanksgiving Dinner at Margaret's, where I am to bring something to share. Erik wanted to try a tofurkey, do I dare to try it? or just get a Field Roast that I know I like. I'll be making Mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy and green beans.
