The only thing I found that speaks to the driver's Insurance was that only things that your doesn't cover that hers would would be covered. most often if her policy reflects yours and is simmilar, your's would be the primary policy being used first and hers secondary if it had superior coverage to yours.

When driving someone else's car
If you borrow someone else's car, you are covered by the insurance on that car. However, if you are involved in an accident, the owner's record, not yours, will be affected. If you borrow a car on a regular basis, ask your broker to arrange a special clause in your policy to cover your use.
When someone else drives your car
Remember that when someone else is driving your car, you are still responsible for it. Any at-fault accidents or claims will go onto your driving record and affect your future premiums.

From my limited understanding her insurance has nothing to do with it since it's car insurance. As in, you're insured on your car. She's insured on her car. I don't think her insurance would cover her in your car. I think you're screwed. Is it a bad scratch?
*Shrugs.*
But what do I know. I'm just Canadian, eh?
