It can't compare with the old hard-copy braille version, but I'm still excited. Is Glaze staying with your parents as an experiment? Because you needed time to bond with Yani? Etc. Just curious!

Glaze is staying with Mom and Dad because of my summer schedule. I am at the office for between ten and twelve hours a day. I was going to hire a dog walker for her and also make sure I got back to check on her myself once a day, but my parents offered to keep her. I didn't want to have her stay anywhere else, and even if it was hard for her to leave me again, I honestly think she's having a better time this summer than she would be if she were here. I, on the other hand, still cannot think about how I left her when I went to TSE without getting teary-eyed. (I had Dad distract her with a treat while J and I left the house. I had been telling Glaze about what was going to happen, but I figured if I tried to actually tell her *goodbye* before I left, I'd lose it, and she would be upset.) This last time was a little easier because I know how moving makes her nervous, and she was gone before she realized I moved to this new place. She just went back with Mom and Dad, where she's been a number of times before. Leaving her for three months
