I am the first person ever to need a new charger for the brailleconnect 12. Hw doesn't know cost of replacement. But the Victor Stream charger works.

HW does seem kind of clueless about replacement parts. They still aren't selling spare batteries for the Victor Stream, at least not that I know of.

Yeah. And in this case, HW doesn't manufacture the displays--Baum does, in Germany. They actually told me they would have to research this and get back to me. Sio it seems I am the first person who has ever needed to order a spare charger. If it doesn't cost too much, I'll go ahead and get it. But if it's way expensive, I'll keep using my Stream charger.

HW Does actually now sell replacement batteries (though not external chargers...) for the Stream. They're $30 + $10 for shipping. Part number 95-1005
