Each of my dogs distinguished herself today:

Yani made eyes at John Grisham, who apparently thought she was quite something.

Glaze ate almost a whole bag of Pecan Sandies.

I didn't meet him--Yani did. :) Actually, he lives around here. He was speaking at a conference at the law school today. We were sitting a few feet away from him, and we were up front, so there was no chair for Yani to lie under. (It was in an auditorium, so she wouldn't fit under the chairs anyway.) Apparently, Mr. Grisham kept looking over at her. I didn't get to talk to him.
