Too tired for more than bullet points, so:

  • Symposium was really good. Obama's disability policy guy, EEOC commissioner, ADA lawyers, MA assistant Attorney General, and keynote from founder of Autism Self Advocacy Network (I think). Hope I eventually become inspired to write more, because I have lots and lots of thoughts about the symposium.

Your dog is so adorable. I'd like to kiss her, and then eat her, and then kiss her some more on that cute little face!! Can you by any chance indulge us and post some more pictures of her!?!?

Aw, thanks. :) Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of pics just now. I have some soundclips (I hate to conform to the stereotype that blind people aren't interested in pictures, but I have no light perception, so...). But I'll see what I can do. :)

Cool! Which symposium did you go to?

It was the Jacobus tenBroek symposium on Disability Law, hosted by the National Federation of the Blind. I really *do* want to write more about it, but life has been complicated recently (last finals of law school, finishing bar application, etc.). It was a really good symposium.

Amtrak is bad and so is Greyhound.
Greyhound got all up in my face about having a dog and not calling ahead of time.

Oddly (and I'll probably regret saying this, because as soon as I say it, the situation will change), I've never had an issue with Greyhound. I know lotts of people have.
