I've come to a few decisions of varying degrees of importance. Nothing Earth-shattering, but I feel better putting it in writing. Or in text? Whatever.
- Val and I are going to start making dishes to take to Grandma and Grandpa's, alternating thru the week to ensure that they have very little to do to get dinner in their tummies. I'm thinking I'll take it over on Saturdays so the kids can hang out for a bit. I figure if I slip the food in with 3 boisterous children they won't be able to send it back home with me. :)
- I'm going to start my running program again. I was going to wait till I've lost more weight, but I've changed my mind. WW opinion of exercise is one I can definitely get behind - the more you weigh, the more the exercise counts as you're hauling more weight around doing whatever it is you're doing. I'm going to start tonight, so tomorrow should be pretty much god-awful.
- On a side note, I'm blatantly copying TX Jen's iPod idea. I'm supposed to alternate running and walking for specific times, and using the stop watch was very inconvenient. I've just created a playlist in iTunes of pieces of the right length and in the correct order. This is by far the most eclectic playlist I've ever employed. Heh! Thanks, TX Jen!!
- I'm going to cook out for Father's Day. T is teaching that day, but will be home for dinner. His step-dad is home this month, so he' I talked to Dad about it a few weeks ago, and he said he and Gladys would come over. I'm going to call Grandma & Grandpa to see if they want to come, as well.
- I need to go camping again. I haven't been since the summer before I started at UWF. That's 2 years ago. We used to go every couple months...I'm overdue!
