Kid talk
I took the kids (Mac, Bella, and Bubba) to Lowe's Saturday for their "Build & Grow Workshop". The kids get a workshop apron, tools, and a kit with all the stuff they need to build whatever the project is that day. Saturday it was a planter for Mom. It's funny
It's been about two and a half months since I re-started WW, and I've lost over twenty pounds. Not a small amount, but nothing abnormally large. I've been waiting for some kind of NOTICEABLE change. I'm over this
I'm sick. Freaking summer cold. My one week off between spring and summer terms, I'm sick. I'm snotty, sneezing, and my ears are stopped up. I'm not coughing at all, except for those enormous sneezes that come up from my toes. I took some Nyquil last night and true to form, had a freaky dream. So when I babbled about not having THAT much to do...I was obviously in a delusional state. I mean, it's not like this time last year when I had all my article reviews and that 10 page paper to do for Dr. Lauderdale, plus another 10 pages for Methods of Inclusion and Collaboration, PLUS other random stuff. It's that time of the school year...
End of the semester and everything's coming due at once. In all honesty, I'm not in as bad a spot as I've been in the past. I have one "official" paper to do, and Dr. Franklin doesn't care how long it is as long as it fully covers the material. I did the summer and fall registration thing. Well, I filled out my pre-registration for the fall-I plan to log in at midnight and register for real when I'm allowed. Busy week
I can't remember when I posted last, and rather than look (how's that for lazy?) I'm just going to give a general update. :)- I'm finally well again! Yay! I still have some congestion in my chest, but I don't feel like death anymore - vast improvement.
