Well, something has possessed me and I have been typing like a maniac on my nanowrimo story. It's the story of a bastard prince who is sent to war at a young age to squire for a knight. He grows up at war and becomes strong and well known, but antisocial and bad with people ( Read more... )

I liked Sesshomaru too. I have a standard male character I like and they typically have that hair. You likely have the same taste. They have tragic backstories and are a little anti-social with mad skills. (if you haven't read dogs, I'd give it a try)

Zero - Vampire Knight, Heine - Dogs: Bullets and Carnage, Cloud - Final Fantasy, Natsu - Fairy Tail. I've read a lot of manga in my time. I don't follow any except Dogs now and it hasn't been updated in forever. I started reading "Gangsta" but my internet is shoddy so its hard to binge. I'm finding perhaps the main duo have the Kakashi/Genma friendship I imagine.

This is my fourth year doing nano and I came up with that story the day before. I made about 24 plot points and refer back to it when I get stuck. lol. I just type ridiculously fast now. I cannot believe how far along I am in just the first week. I'm nearly done. All the other times it was so hard.
