[At least now Red's injured legs have been treated and even neatly bandaged by. Green has carefully tucked Red inside his bed, with one hand of his wrists handcuffed against the bed post. It was for safety measures, just in case Red tried to do something reckless like attempting to walk with his injured legs.
He's sitting at the edge of the bed, watching and staring while Red slept.]
[After a while - a long while - Red finally stirs, whimpering unconsciously as he opens his eyes.]
W-Wha...OW. Ow, ow, ow-!
[Suddenly it all comes rushing back, everything that happened, and Red bolts upright to a sitting position - or at least he tries to. The handcuffs stop him before he gets all the way up, and he finds himself jerked back down to the mattress with a yelp.]
[Red instantly starts thrashing again at the contact, half-trying to get Green's hands away from him, half-trying to get his wrist free from the handcuffs. He fails to achieve either, and even manages to trigger a sharp spike of pain from both his legs - his back arches upward as he screams in shock and agony.]
AND THEN THE NEXT DAY--badendstalkerApril 18 2011, 05:19:12 UTC
[For Green it was a wonderful start. Why wouldn't it be with Red at his side? He'll turn to the side to face Red, before placing both his arms around him.]
It's been bothering him for hours, even in unconsciousness - and understandably so, given that he's grown adjusted to sleeping on a freezing mountain top for years. The warmth of being in a bed, with sheets and a comforter, is almost unbearable. Let alone the additional body heat from sharing the bed with another person.
Wait...another person? Red opens his eyes blearily as he feels someone wrap their arms around him, but it's Green's voice that snaps him fully awake in seconds.]
Wh-Wh - Why are you in the same bed as me!?
[He tries to free himself and scramble back, only to let out a sharp cry of pain as the movement jostles his bandaged legs. The pain feels almost worse than the day before.]
[When Red begins to move, Green reaches out, in an attempt to push him back against the bed. He'll let out a soothing sound with one hand trailing downward.]
Why wouldn't I be in the same bed? This is both of our rooms now, you know. There's no point in sleeping separately. Is there?
No! No, please, please, please don't do this too, I can't take it, I c-can't -
[The memories of yesterday are starting to come flooding back, and Red's on the verge of a panic attack. He can't handle Green being so close. Not right now. He thrashes on the bed, trying to swat Green's hands away from him, screaming, half from hysteria and half from the pain in his legs.]

You shouldn't be so riled up Red. You wouldn't want to hurt yourself more, do you?
