Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do. my mom bought me those mints yesterday and I started them today. They taste like shit. They work though, I havent wanted a smoke for about 5 hours now. Good Deal

If it helps, I smoke about 1 a day on average now (that's 1 cigarette).
