i think he was annoying. every other word that came out of his mouth was
" uhhhhh.." i wanted to smack him.. for someone who is suppossed to have been in the air rorce and all this schooling.. he had horrible grammar and should have atkeast had a better structure on his speech. but hmm other than that i guess it was.. not too bad.

i thought the speaker was stupid because he really didn't have a speech planned out from what i could tell. and he stumbled a lot. and he was boring. but compared to many other key-note speakers i have heard (mun conferences), he was brief, and that was good. the whole ceremony was kinda ill-planned and stupid though... but it ok, cuz i got insanely good cheesecake and a flower.

if you dont want to do anything for NHS you could always not do anything... you have the membership card, they wont take it away from you, hide it. lol. (i really wasnt going to join because i didnt know if im going to have time to do volunteer stuff, but i decided that it would be a good thing for me.)
i (unlike what seems to be everyone else besides you rachael) liked the speaker guy. he had a lot of good stuff to say. whether or not anyone else cared to actually listen and think about what he was saying... i thought he was good. he was in the air force, hes a fire fighter too, and still going to school- impressive if you ask me. he was really polite too, he was outside in the parking lot and made sure to congratulate me. id like to have a conversation with him.
the desserts were mmm... ^_^

i thought he was impressive too. even though he didn't have it planned out, and even though his grammer wasn't the best and everything else. I still liked how he was into us and into what he was talking about. i liked that he seemed excited and genuinly (sp) pleased and proud of us even though he'd never met us before.
