Help!

Jun 04, 2007 15:30

While at Costco I browsed their cheapo rack and considered buying a Tom Jones compilation.

Someone, please help me!

What's in your Ipod, Boombox, CD player, turntable these days.

I need some assistance.

I love Tom Jones! I actually forgot all about him, but I'm gonna download some next time I do the downloading.

My music is all over the place. I have some Petula Clark, Blackeyed Peas, Josh Groban, Celtic Women, Even a song by Roger Miller! Baby Got Back plays from time to time when it's on suffle also.

Tom Jones is nothing to be ashamed of! I love She's a Lady. Woah woah woah, she's a lady!

But as to your question: In my musical rotation right now is a lot of Fiona Apple and Justin Timberlake (he truly did bring the sexy back). Also a lot of romantic songs as I'm trying to figure out the wedding playlist.

currently i'm all over bond (the band), their song "explosive" being my favorite...i'm also stuck on this CD i have in my car, which i got when i got certified to teach spinning - i have no idea what the songs are, but they are very upbeat and high tempo...i keep playing that one on repeat...the only song i recognize on it is blue men group "time to start...that kind of stuff..

I love Tom Jones as well (and Neil Diamond and John Denver and various other artists many people scoff).

I am a huge fan of 80's brit/new wave/indie music, but that's not all I like (obviously, see above). Currently, the playlist is a little bit mixed. Alanis Morissette, JackoPierce, Scissor Sisters, Dave Matthews, James, The Smiths, Morrisey, The Beta Band, The Stranglers, Billy Bragg, The Beautiful South, The Origin, Matchbox 20, Sting, Velvet Underground, Edie Brickell, Violent Femmes, The Dead Milkmen, Elvis Costello, 10,000 Maniacs, Barenaked Ladies, Erasure, Yaz, The Divers, XTC, Olive, and more.

One handy dandy little website I found that has helped me when I don't know what to choose is last.fm. I absolutely love it. :)
