Welp, I baleeted my elfwood galleries (oh wait, I just remembered I forgot my ancient Wyvern's... well, maybe I'll leave that one up, lol) and contacted my service provider to take down my website. I wasn't really updating either and I haven't even gotten retarded anonymous comments on the elfwood galleries in several months. Elfwood's dying. :P

I haven't updated my Elfwood in around two years and all the stuff up there is hopelessly out of date, but I keep it up anyway. I owe Elfwood alot, even though it's died a death.

I do admit that I have a lot of good memories and friendships because of Elfwood, which I mentioned in my reasons for leaving (they have a little box to fill out). I miss the old Elfwood. What it is now is different, and frustrating, to me at least.
It's also much easier to "network" on places like DA. I like being able to keep track of hundreds of artists without having to bookmark them all or link them on my page. :)

My commissions are going alright. Steady. I always have something to keep me busy at least. :)
How about yourself? I haven't seen much art from you (unless it's just because I've fallen behind in my DA submissions). You moved back home for the summer, right? I was just thinking this morning that I haven't heard anything about Jen in a while, I hope you're alright. *hugs*

Glad to hear that business is good, I keep an eye on your DA page pretty frequently, even if I've been lapse on my commenting ;D

I always feel bad uploading so much furry junk to my DA. I know you and a few others from our art crowd watch it and probably prefer my old human art, but unfortunately furry is all I get commissioned to do now, and I don't have much time for my own work. Ooooh well. :P

And what's the deal with you spending lots of time on the internet and never updating?! XP

That's bizarre about not finding the anime character. o_o It may be that it does exist on Elfwood but their search is buggered or falling behind on new submmissions; I wouldn't be a bit surprised.
I have no idea, lol. I spend way more time commenting on others' LJ's than I do making my own entries.

Well when it gets overcast and the temp drops and the winds rise, like they did late last weekend, there's still room for anything to happen. Its crazy how fast the temps can shift though. This weekend was really nice and with it I went out and got a few needed errands done. Yay groceries! :D
Its funny. My artist friend AirGuiTar just said in her own journal that she feels that she should be spending more time on the Internet, and be less anti-social. :)
Take easy.

I need to go out and get some errands done myself, and get some vitamin D -- I've been spending too much time indoors. Hopefully our weather will stay the way it is now: warm but with a nice breeze.
My problem is that I tend to spend too much time lurking and looking at art, and not enough time actually interacting. I'm a bit of a hermit, lol.
Thanks Coyote, hope you're getting moved in okay. :)

I mostly use the Net for research and chat. I stopped looking at art and lurking in communities a long time ago. I've been trying to make time to do other things, such as read a book or watch TV, and time for people. I know I spend a lot of time indoors, and being very light sensative has a lot to do with whether I want to be out or not.
The movein has gone well. There's still some things we need for the place, but they will come. We've having a friend of mine from back east moving out here in 2 days so that should add some extra fun an excitement around the house. :)
