My trip to Florida went very well. Lee and I had some good times galavanting around like an old married couple including attending a concert at the retirement community, playing gin rummy until bedtime, and then sleeping in our side-by-side twin beds. So I'm sitting around at my mom's house waiting for her to get here, even though I have hours worth of packing and cleaning to do before I leave tomorrow. But I suppose I can say that she is worth the wait. So I actually have a work assignment tomorrow and I am almost giddy about it. I only have to be there at 10:00 a.m. and I'll probably get to leave before 2:00 p.m., but it gives my day purpose and supports my oh-so-lavish lifestyle as of late.
