WANTED: DEAN OF MEDICINE

Challenge: PPTH needs a new dean.

Write a fic of any genre describing the search, appointment, resulting hilarity/shock/disaster etc. etc., of our new administrator, with or without her assistant(s).

Purpose: relief of disappointment, disbelief, horror, anger, sadness, and so on. Fluff fine. Crack maybe even better. Timeshifting encouraged.

Basically, if you see no answer to your question, there are no restrictions.

No, any or many sexes of dean OK. Forgive my inattention to pronoun(s).

By timeshifting I mean how the past intrudes into the future and sometimes time moves sideways.

Just a push to see some fic, Dollink, as writing is better for the soul than whining. I think.

Sounds good. I still haven't quite gotten timeshifting but maybe that's what I'm doing right now since it's past midnight and I'm still here wasting time :-).

Speaking of which, the "H/W on Gethen" fic has now gone past 20K words and will probably never be read by anyone but me. Nusuth.

I hope you are having fun writing whatever you want to write.

I must have last read that book 30 years ago is the thing. My bookstacks are so tall that I can't reread it for a long time, and can only recall small bits. Not sure about reading yours without clearly understanding the proper context, so I hesitate to commit.
