we tend to forget easily, so let me remind us all that there were lousy episodes in all seasons. And the fandom, we, complained and whined and saw in it the end of the world, the show, and Laurie obviously not into the job anymore. I remember that *I* wrote such things often enough, starting years ago. We will know better in, say, ten episodes, where the journey is going: back to wonderful earlier seasons (as DS promised) or to where series go after the got boring and bad and just still there as a cash cow for all envolved.

I agree that 13/Wilde was quite good (but the writing was so lame and slow) - but I'm so happy she's gone at last. If now only Taub would never come back either. The old team mixed with the new team: good. The intermediate spare pseudo team gone: better.
