Um.... I ate a whole bag of salad today. In my defense, it was only a 3 serving bag, and they give you that much when you go out to eat and get a salad as a meal anyway.

i have done a lot of that 'try and give up' with weightloss. right now i'm back in the swing of things with exersizing and eating healthier.
right now i'm seeing a difference in the way my body looks and feels, but not much of a change on the scale yet. i'm racking that up to change fat to muscle. :)
good luck keeping it going! You're SO CLOSE to your target!

My biggest problem is my portion control. I don't eat too much "junk food". I just eat huge meals. I'm the kind of person who keeps eating after they are full just because it's there. I'm working on it. :)
