I had a good day at the office today. Busy as ever, but we had a team meeting which went very well. My supervisor looked at workload (mine remains, actually I just gained some more after we have yet another burnout in the department), issues, changes etc. and we went away with action points and a good feeling

I didn't mention that the person calling me that is not only one of my favourite colleagues (because she speaks her mind and is simply fun to have around), but she is, as a matter of fact, a lesbian. With a lovely partner and the most adorable little boy!
I love diversity!
We always call each other some funny little name, but that was the best one so far. There are two people in the company who may call me "Darling" and she is one of them. The other is colleague in the US, whom I never met, but love to death.
