What the hell is happening in London?

well, my supervisor rescheduled this meeting twice, it finally was supposed to take place this morning at 8:30.
The only person in from the people scheduled for this meeting is me. No call, no email, no nothing. Great!
And you wonder why I complain about the mismanagement here...

The roof is leaking here in the office.
