Ladies and gentlemen I saw a brain tumor being taken out through a guys nose... and it was so cool. that actually sounds pretty neat, i guess they would have to liquefy it somehow to make it come out that way?

No actually, it was a soft tumor so they just kinda stuck a looped thingy up there and pulled it out in chunks. Gross but cool.
