i really liked the first part, a lot, i think it carries a lot of impact. all of your complaints are entirely reasonable and i honestly couldn't work at a place that left me stressed out all the time- i left a job for that reason exactly. i hope to not cause offense at this, but instead to help strengthen the message, it starts to come off as catty. i think that if you turned the tone to more assertive, it would be a stellar goodbye email. because, if i was hired at one rate and then everyone was completely switched on me and it ruined my finances, yeah i'd be really pissed too.
