This summer I've decided to do something different on my radio show. I've got so much drone/noise/sludge music that I love. I love to listen to it by myself but I'm generally hesitant about playing it on the radio because it's not radio friendly (15 minute loud grinding tracks at 6pm means lots of annoyed phone calls) and I usually have something

We've got one guy who has a great metal show at 10 AM and it seems to be working pretty well for him...

My show for a while was called 'cover your ears' and for good reason - lots of experimental weirdness and noise and the second hour was mostly metal. I got some interesting callers too!
