Hmmmm. I have mixed feelings about this project. I get the guy's desire - there's commentary on nudity, female comfort, poses taken from famous classic works, he looks at them fairly uninvovled/un-sexually (except that last one), power of age difference. Where this goes beyond art to creepy is that he used *current* students. Friends, models, former students - whatever, that's their choice. But that top model looks acutely uncomfortable - which she was probably posed to do - & the idea that the power dynamic is genuinely messed up - that she might be a student - bugs me.
Meh, I still don't think current students shoulda been invited to participate. Sure, maybe they'd want to, but someone who has power over your grades & therefore your future..I dunno. I probably sound hung up or something, I just don't think that is kosher. What if he wanted some student to do it, & she didn't, & he flunked her?
Well, that's true. I saw enough academic BS at Rutgers that I'm pretty cynical about professors, etc. & I jumped to --a-- scenario, not multiple ones. Point taken.

Honestly, I'm confused as to why there is any question at all that the models were possibly unwilling.

The pictures themselves don't bug me.
