Work on your breathing. When you start to feel anxious, make sure you're breathing normally. A lot of times when you think about something, you forget to breathe and don't even realize it, which triggers your heart to race and you start to get an anxiety attack. I've been to a couple psychologists but I will not take any drugs for it. Also, make sure you're getting enough protein in your diet, and make sure you are eating well to begin with.
yeahh i try the breathing thing, it's not working out to well. the psychologist ehhh i dont want to go but im so scared at this point i have no other choice. Im just going to go for like three four hour sessions, the insurance should cover the whole thing (i asked) so fuck it. i need somethings off my chest. im just not taking any pills. and my eating is going down hill...its been like a week without a full meal. plus i can start crying at any moment anytime. its Annoying!!
