-능 is probably a cute play on -는. Obviously, in proper grammar, a sentence can't end in -는, it sounds like they're still in the middle of speaking.... but I guess slang is slang because it works in strange ways. I believe that this style originated as a self-deprecating otaku marker, but I could be wrong.
죵 is trying to be cuter than 죠, which is short for 지요.
So I think they're both cute sentence endings used for internet chatting; I have no idea whether it's used in colloquial speech or not. Hope this helps!
The second one just seems to be that case when people add ㅇ as a 받침 to make things sound cuter.
I'm not sure about the first one, I've seen something similar that also puzzles me. I keep seeing 나능, I'm not sure if that's supposed to be 나는 or what...
btw may i just say that i have a love/hate relationship with internet slang? on the one hand, it's really interesting for me to learn, but on the other, it's kind of horrible trying to keep up with them. :/
