disclaimer: I haven't studied Korean in a long long time.

쫙쫙 is kind of an onomatopoeia. Something like "to the last drop".

마시자, 마시자, 술을 쫙쫙 마시자
let's drink, let's drink, let's drink alcohol to the last drop

뛰어온 is based on "뛰어/jump" referencing that you and me are the ones who were jumping. (My guess it's used as an exaggeration - more as an extreme running.)

오늘 하루도 지치도록 뛰어온 너 와 나
Today's another day of jumping until exhaustion, you and me

세상은 잠들어도 갈증은 참기 싫어 야 ~
Though the world's asleep, (I) hate to endure (my) thirst.
