"Je voudrais acheter un billet de deuxième classe à Marrakech/Casablanca" should do it, although I'm not as familiar with train lingo so I don't know FOR SURE that it translates directly.

Thank you. I think I can get by relying on French, but if more people speak Arabic than French or English, I'll have a harder time.

Exactly. Sadly I can't help you with Arabic.

I will, however, suggest wordreference.com's forums - they might be valuable :)

Over 40 years ago, when honeymooning in Morocco, I got by fine with French. It might be less common now, but French + English should get you through most situations.
