I speak German, though not natively - it's my second language and I live in Germany. Not exactly certain of my level of proficiency, though - B2-C1 most likely (I'm a little shy about writing, by now).

Hello there! I wouldn`t mind AT ALL exchanging ideas, emails and letters with you. To be quite honest, I think living in a country means you`re most familiar with the language spoken within, so - go for it? Friends, pen-pals, e-mail pals, whichever fits you best?
