Threat
Sometimes in order to motivate someone to do the right thing, you have to remind them who has the power. It's unfortunate, but necessary. I suppose I pose a threat to the way of life known to the little Winchester family.
Hope
You raise your heads to the sky, asking for forgiveness, for strength and for clarity. So long as you ask, you hope and we hear you. It drives us, for many of us hope for you to believe and fight.
Salvation
It is unlikely that we intervene so directly to the point of pulling a forsaken soul from Hell, but on occassion it is necessary. Unfortunately, not everyone believes they should be and are not as grateful as they might be if they understood the potence of such an order.
Fear
We are not fluffy pets who watch over you to help you avoid grief. As an angel, I instill trepidation into even the most formidible foes, though I myself am capable of feeling fear. You do not want to fall out of our graces.
Confusion
It is not regular for my kind to ... question. I find myself pulled in different directions, ever so gently. The presence of this doubt is troubling and I wasn't ever sure I could possess it until now. Anna's actions had confused me only until recently, and I fear that I understand her now.

Disappointment
Sam says that we are not what he expected. Which isn't our fault, he should have paid more attention to Revelations.
Punishment
Sometimes it's necessary. Perhaps my presence is viewed as punishment, which I think he deserves for using the evil power given to him in the face of being ordered to desist.
Gratitude
I brought back Dean. You'd think that would earn me a little trust as well as gratitude. Dean seems to trust me more easily at least.
Awe
I experienced this upon meeting Sam, as I'm sure he did as well. He was not what I expected. He seemed to enjoy our meeting at first.
Apocalypse
Our presence prophesies the coming Apocalypse, which we will do anything to achieve victory in. Anything.

Winged
You don't see them while I inhabit the vessel, because my six-foot wingspan is overwhelming to humans. On the other hand, it's useful when having to convince someone. Ask Dean.
Careful
I'm treading a line between the Winchesters and my faith. If I'm not careful, things are going to go very wrong for everyone. My task has to be completed to the letter, no matter my opinions.
Heroic
I don't know if someone who does their duty is a hero. Especially with the opinions expressed by those around me about my initiative to eliminate the person they care for most.
Prisoner
I understand how you could come to this conclusion about me. I love my Father, and I serve Him willingly - I ask to serve. I could not fathom tearing out my grace for freedom or emotion. I serve a divine purpose.

Humans require the company of another; angels are different. Though I have brothers and sisters like Uriel and Sachiel to carry out orders with.
