My head is killing me. I'm pretty sure its my sinuses since the main source of pain is that bone right under my eyes, and it feels so pressurized. Various forms of OTC meds don't work, tylenol, motrin, advil, sudafed (even the good stuff!) it all does nothing. I have migraine meds but those don't help one single bit, really they only serve to make

Have you tried benydryl or zyrtec? It could be allergies.

Good luck. Maybe try a hot compress (soak a face cloth in hot water then ring it out and put it over your face where it hurts).
