This was really cute and well written. I think you've pretty much captured Canon!Izzie and Addison and the relationship they could have if Izzie ever fully gets over the quints thing would go back to her after probation (though canonically unlikely, I guess). Also, yeah, I'm pretty sure Richard's teaching Addie a lesson didn't work; she's too outwardly caring about her patients.
