I haven't travelled as long as you have, but i had a similar moment in France. So tired of not entirely understanding everyone, or only getting 80%, of never knowing exactly where I was all the time. Just remember that it's an adventure and most of the time you'll feel good about it. Toronto is shitty cold and rainy/snowy still, and you're not missing anything exciting.
