This is all public record. I've only held off on posting this because I wanted to wait for the judge's decision. Due to the circus that the trial became, we wound up going with written rather than oral closing arguments

wow i just read all of this and feel sick. the use of leather in court, beyond the complete bullshit...i don't know if i yet have teh words to describe how i'm feeling about this other than sick. i'm so happy you are free from that

I think the worst part for me was that he and his group kept talking about "honor" when it was clear that they were all perjuring themselves.

This is nothing, really. There's another version of this which goes into deeper detail about all the lies / inconsistencies. Our lawyer decided to tame it down, though.

I'm just glad to have the truth out there. Just wish I hadn't been so dumb as to become so entangled in his mess.

Well, he's a charismatic guy. He wouldn't have a revolving door of girlfriends/submissives if he weren't, for whatever reason, able to attract them. Charismatic, and needy, too-- which can entice people to stick around. So if you got entangled in him, you're no dumber than any number of women who have done the same.

Not to mention that he seemed/seems to have a lot of clout in certain Portland BDSM circles. That's the thing that pisses me off most-- people who should know better support him, and let him stick around even in the face of blatant abuses.
