I think the most accurate insult I've ever gotten is that I've always got my head up my ass. This is the one thing I've always been able to relate to wrt Z's personality. And whenever I hear someone say something moronic in an interview, I think, well, I guess we all say stupid shit under pressure.

:D! Modern Dog has this really great scrappiness that I love. A lot of their stuff is influenced by having been around longer than design software -- so like, tons of their stuff is hand-rendered or made to look hand-rendered, and their make their own type all the time. The lady from their who visited us was really lolzy, too. They have like, a million ridiculous stories that make me stoked as hell that I'm getting into this industry. She also teaches a packaging design class that I want to be in so bad ;_;

Lol that reminds me, I think a bunch of the drawing xeroxes I sent you were blatant Katie Rice rip-offs. Goood tiiiimes

fffff HAND RENDERED. everything made by hand is just 110 times more special than anything that can be made on a computer, methinks. i would love to work like that/in a place like that, that lives by that kind of mentality.

also PACKAGING DESIGN. want. i saw your orange juice box thing you did, it was so fancy!
