Yeah it's going to be nice but at the same time a bit nerve wracking. I really wasn't expecting it to sell honestly. Now I'm in my O SHIT mode... lol

congrats. when do you have to be out? will you be moving to St Louis and if so when?

I close escrow on April 2nd. As for STL.... time will tell but I do need to get a decision made by the end of the week. About the only things I can say about KC are that I have a decent job here and my Harley Davidson dealer is here. I think I'd be happier in STL with the people that are around and in my own place again. I just need to come up with a job in STL that pays well.
