It made me feel really good when he called me up and talked to me directly. The call did come right out of the blue and caught me a bit off guard. I am glad that I'm staying with the company but at the same time it scares the hell out of me with the new responsibilities that I'll have.

Thanks, well all of this just took place yesterday afternoon. It definately kicks things up a few notches with the pace that I have to move at the end of the month.
