Game of Thrones is just fantastic. I'm so glad that I stuck with this show instead of giving up at a few reservations. I'll write up some kind of semi-proper review tomorrow, but all I'll say is Dany and Drogo make me super happy. And Arya, of course. I foresee this business with Ned ordering Tywin to the court to end badly. They can't kill Boromir

I can't comment on the show, but IMO, if you really like the show, just stay with the show. You can read the books at any time, and then compare/contrast later.

I, OTOH, will read your reviews and thoughts, but not prolly not comment for fear of spoiling it for you.

Okay. I just don't want to get too far ahead and wreck it for you. There's gonna be some variation from the books, but I don't want to give too much away before you get there. I could prolly discuss each book after the season, tho.
