I made a pretty successful gluten-free dinner tonight! Roasted red potatoes with fresh rosemary, thyme, and garlic to accompany salmon rubbed with a mixture of black pepper, sea salt, roasted ginger, and celery salt. I love fish but have never been confident in my ability to cook it. Today was a success, though I think I'll use less sea salt next

Now you're making me want to get back into sketching. I lost my tablet pen, so I've mostly been doing it freehand but, I might spring and buy a new one for my B-Day in April. You know, waiting for paydays and all that.
