I just love Maggie.
I think it's her like, verbally smacking him upside the head and telling him he's kinda great that flips the switch there, that he actually is ok with offering a bit of advice to Lori. Who he previously woulda prolly have considered having a senior position.

I still don't understand why it's portrayed as some terrible sin that Lori slept with Shane. I mean she's obviously guilty of having a momentary lapse of taste, but other than that...
